The Chicken Hawkers serves delicious Khao man gai (Thai style chicken and rice) made with free-range chicken and best ingredients. Rice cooked with chicken broth, fat, and Thai herbs, so the rice is slightly oily a wonderful essence of chicken. Boiled whole chicken and sliced with precision into bite-sized pieces. A few slices of chicken are placed on top of a portion of rice along with a few cucumber slices, a side bowl of chicken soup, and soybeans garlic chilies sauce.
