Sample these and other one-of-a-kind local products when you explore Vacaville’s farming community.
Vacaville is also home to Menagerie Hill Ranch, an alpaca farm that is packed with sweet, gentle alpacas and all sorts of ‘paca products like yarn, clothing, and more! Alpaca fiber is warmer and lighter in weight than cashmere wool and can be used in knitting and weaving, so make sure to pick some up for yourself or a friend during your visit. The farm is open by appointment only (except during National Alpaca Days in September, when they open their doors to the public for a whole weekend) so please call ahead or visit their website for more information about their tours or to set up a time to visit!
